The goal is for the parliament to elect a new leadership on October 26, and then the government, said Filip Ivanovic, an official of the Europe Now Movement (PES).
He said in the show Argumenti on the Television of Montenegro that at this moment the URA Civil Movement will not be part of the government.
"There is a chance and possibility that, in the context of forming the necessary majority for the unblocking of the judiciary and European integration in the parliament, we can continue talks with other entities," Ivanović emphasized, Portal RTCG reports.
He stated that the leaders of all parties of the new majority signed an agreement on the formation of the government today.
"Montenegro will get a new government by the end of the month, depending on the procedures in the parliament, it will be achieved," Ivanovic said.
He stated that the question for United Montenegro is whether they will be part of the new majority.
Ivanovic said that PES regrets that the Bosniak Party decided not to be part of the new government.
He said that no one can guarantee anything, but that the idea is for the government to last for four years.
Ivanovic stated that there is a whole series of goals and planned reforms that require time.
"We have to start fulfilling all obligations and reforms now, to start working intensively on the plan of European integration, because if that doesn't happen, then there won't be membership until 2030," Ivanović added.
He said that he thinks that it is primarily in the interest of the citizens of Montenegro that the agreement is fully respected.
Ivanovic confirmed that the reconstruction of the government is planned and that after it the New Serbian Democracy and the Democratic People's Party will receive ministerial posts.
He stated that the reconstruction will take place in accordance with the planned dynamics indicated in the agreement.
Ivanovic said that they specified the method of appointing ambassadors and members of the management bodies of state enterprises.
"We have created a good foundation that we need to stick to and we are starting the process of, so to speak, departitioning, and I hope that the government will set a good example, and Montenegro will be freed from the ballast from the earlier period, that important functions can be obtained through the party booklet", Ivanovic said.
He believes that personnel solutions for ministers are proof that it is a successful team.
As he said, these are persons with high professional and moral references.
He added that PES is open to everyone who can help the country with their knowledge and expertise.
The holder of the list of the Albanian Forum, Nik Đeljošaj, said that the Albanian Forum was given the position of Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy with the Department of Economic Development.
As he stated, they have not yet decided on the names of the new ministers, but they will decide who will be members of the new government at the Main Committee on Sunday.
Đeljošaj said that the Albanian Forum will stick to the agreement, which was signed for four years.
"I hope that it is in everyone's interest that Montenegro finally gets a government with a full mandate. Our goal is to solve things in the long term, and the final goal is for Montenegro to become part of the European Union," said Đeljošaj.
He said that the Albanian Forum unanimously decided to be part of the new government.
He added that there was no tension, and that it is time for a new stage of political relations in Montenegro.
Đeljošaj stated that they will always insist on being part of the executive power, but not at any cost, but to find something on which they can agree together.
"In the principles that we signed, I see everything that we stood for, and I am pleased to note that we have found a common language even with those entities that we had differences about in the earlier period," said Đeljošalj.
He assessed that it will bring good to Montenegro, stating that exclusivity is never good.
Đeljošaj said that the goal is to protect state interests and the achievements of Montenegro.
"We are one of those entities that guarantee that these processes will continue. It is important at the time of this propaganda, that Montenegro is now going down one, another or a third path, and as long as we are in power, it will follow the path it is so far," said Đeljošaj.
