Today, the Administrative Board elected the co-presidents and members of the Committee for Comprehensive Electoral Reform.

The committee has a total of 14 members - seven each from the government and the opposition.

Vasilije Čarapić from the Europe Now Movement (PES) and Nikola Rakočević from the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) were elected co-presidents.

Boris Pejović (PES), Simonida Kordić (Nova), Maja Vukićević (DNP), Nikola Rovčanin (Democrats), Maja Vučelić (CIVIS), Nikola Camaj (Albanian Forum), Mihailo Andušić (DPS), Nikola Zirojević ( SD), Admir Adrović (BS), Ana Novaković Đurović (URA), Adrijan Vuksanović (HGI) and Jevrosima Pejović (Special Club).

The formation of the Committee was proposed by members of the parliamentary majority and the opposition. As stated in the Proposal for the Decision on the Formation of the Committee, the task of that working body is a comprehensive reform and amendment of the electoral legislation, which implies the implementation of recommendations from the European Commission's progress report and the report of the OSCE/ODIHR mission.

The committee should define proposals for laws on the election of councilors and deputies, on the voter list, on the financing of political entities and election campaigns, and laws on residence and residence registers...

Earlier today, the Administrative Board appointed four advisers to the President of the Assembly Andrija Mandić.

Lawyers Želidrag Nikčević, Matija Medojević and Žana Praščević Milačić, as well as economist Boban Stanišić, were chosen as advisers.
