Democratic Montenegro MP Boris Bogdanović said that he did not prejudge the court's decision.
"We heard that one party will introduce Montenegro into the European Union (EU) alone, and it does not have a majority without a magic wand and without rabbits from the hat, and who are the political rabbits from the hat - we will all see here. Committee President Miodrag Laković (PES) said regarding Bogdanović's allegations "that one party is leading us towards the EU", that even though PES is the dominant party in the majority, he believes that he and his partners are equally leading Montenegro towards the EU.
"Montenegro has embarked on a path that cannot be stopped. Some opposition clubs had a responsibility towards the processes and voted for some legal solutions. We believe that the 44th Government - no matter how it was composed, I think that the process of integration is unstoppable and that this Government will bring to the door of the EU," said Laković.
PES MP Jelena Nedović said that she believes that the ruling majority will last until the end, and that they will overcome challenges.
"I worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) in 2012 and I know a lot of colleagues. I believe that the measure of what kind of person and minister someone is is what colleagues say about him. I believe that you have the right to criticize what you consider controversial, but we are here to we are talking. The goal is the same - to make it better for the citizens, to be members of the EU," said Nedović.
The decision to hold the control hearing of Spajić and Saranović was made unanimously.
Committee President Miodrag Laković (PES) told DPS MP Danijelo Živković that he took the narrative coming from the opposition.
"I hope that this is the current narrative. I expect that as a legal expert, every time you think it is a criminal act, you report it. The Prosecutor's Office encouraged all officers in a statement to report any crime that they think should be prosecuted ex officio, and on at the end of it, they declared that there was no criminal offense at the Government session," said Laković.
Živković said that they had already filed a complaint regarding the charge and wanted to launch a parliamentary investigation.
"At that time there was no hearing. As for the Government session, we can testify on the basis of the statements. If what the Minister of the Interior said is not enough for the competent authorities, then I wonder how they will react to the submitted reports. The Minister said that the choice director in violation of the law. We can also call people from the prosecutor's office to ask them why they do not initiate the case. The word of the Minister of the Interior is greater than the word of the citizens," said Živković.
Lakovic said that the word is not enough.

The deputy of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Danijel Živković said that he hopes to start the control hearing of the Prime Minister of Montenegro Milojko Spajić and the Minister of Interior Danilo Saranović today.
"The very process of appointing the Acting Director of the Police Administration was illegal from the beginning - from the summons, the use of the polygraph to the session itself. At that session, it was necessary to politically indoctrinate the security sector. We heard that criminal acts were committed. The Minister of Internal Affairs said that the Prime Minister and the ministers who declared themselves to have committed a criminal offense. It is logical for institutions to initiate proceedings ex officio. The director of the Police Directorate cannot be appointed without the proposal of the Minister of the Interior. The government can reject him, but not propose a new one. If there is a flagrant violation a law from the Government that calls for the rule of law, then they will borrow secretly, and that infrastructure projects will be done without tenders. It is obvious that this is a political fight for the security sector. What is our clear position is that this can be resolved by extraordinary parliamentary elections," Zivkovic said.
Member of Parliament for the Europe Now Movement (PES) Jelena Nedović said that PES has nothing to do with problems in the security sector.
"He was demoted because there are over 1000 police officers missing. Nobody thought about the fact that when the season comes, police officers from the north go to the coast, and then crime flourishes in the north because we don't have enough officers at the border crossings and in general work. He was demoted because the officers work in poor financial conditions and because people were employed on a political basis. For years, we politicized the institutions, including this sector, and people close to the party progressed. When you promote a person through the party, you demotivate that honest employee. Has anyone dealt with the fact that someone the inspector built three houses and villas. I am a legalist, I do not want to comment on what is happening between the minister and the prime minister. If anyone thinks that something is wrong, let them file a report. There is a presumption of innocence, and the institutions will determine. Regarding Mr. Radovic , I found out that he has the support of Europol. Bosnia and Herzegovina did not put forward a single candidate, we are here to see the results - how they will fight against corruption," said Nedović.
URA Civic Movement MP Filip Adžić told her to ask Prime Minister Milojko Spajić and Finance Minister Novica Vuković how much they reduced the budget compared to what was requested by the Minister of the Interior Danilo Saranović and why there was no hiring of new people, but also why there were no funds to pay them the increases stipulated in the Branch Collective Agreement (GKU).
"Europe now 1 damaged the members of the Police Administration because they received a reduction, so it had to be corrected because of their beneficial working experience. You said that there was. You said that there was political influence in the previous period, but I don't see a greater influence than now. The election of the director of the Police Directorate is a fight between two parties. I have respect for almost all the candidates, but you colored this process politically," said Adžić.
MP of Democratic Montenegro Boris Bogdanović said that some manipulate by "emphasizing the integrity of their political subject above the integrity of other political subjects" claiming that "it is immoral to remain in power while pointing out anomalies".
"Those public officials forgot the year 2012, when the President of the Parliament of Montenegro accused the Prime Minister and the political entity at the time of extorting EUR 800 million from KAP: So, the President of the Parliament accuses his majority coalition partner of committing the most serious crimes in the field of organized crime and corruption, and he left the Government only in 2016. We certainly forgot when the Prime Minister accused the Speaker of the Parliament of turning the Assembly into a parliamentary dictatorship and remaining in that parliamentary majority. You forgot that in 2013 the President of the Parliament of Montenegro accused Prime Minister, his coalition partner, that he should take full responsibility for the Snimak affair or when he accused him of not meeting the criteria of the NATO agenda. For 30 years, Montenegro vowed political silence and creeping in. This is a new Montenegro where there is no silence. We will announce clearly and loudly what are the anomalies of the system, regardless of what kind of individual it is, because this power is not the power of one man or one party, but over 10 constituents. I am honored to belong to a subject in which one individual stands up to the violation of the law and when the whole hall is against him. Anyone can object, lawsuits will be filed, and after the court's decision, justice will follow. This is not just a fight for justice, this is a fight for Montenegro and against all its anomalies. Let me repeat the position of the Democrats, the temporary support of this country, whose constituents we are, until IBAR. During that period, we will try to correct mistakes, talk with coalition partners and assess whether we are following the same paths. We will take new paths if the old ones fail," Bogdanović said.

Committee President Miodrag Laković (PES) said that he welcomes the position that Bogdanović's political entity is as autonomous as his own.
"I regret that you compare it with some past period. I want to say that the 44th Government will fulfill its goals, whether you are in it or not," said Laković.
URA Citizen Movement MP Filip Adžić said that he does not know of such a situation that the Minister of Internal Affairs files a complaint against the Prime Minister.
"We need to have the prime minister and the minister of the interior here as soon as possible. It is clear here that the law has been broken because the minister of the interior is the only one who can nominate the director of the UP. I want to end the chase and the desire to collapse the security sector. It did not start with this decision but before three months when Zoran Brđanin was returned to the head of the Police Directorate (UP) against the wishes of the minister and the majority of government members, and a month or two later it turned out that he did not have the support of a single member of the government. We have a period of a few months when the MUP letter was ignored elect the director of UP. For two or three months, it was not possible to get to the Personnel Commission, so from the Personnel Commission it was not possible to get to the Assembly, so when it finally arrived, a legal gymnastics took place where the Brđanin was first dismissed, then days later he held that position and during that period proposed assistant director of UP. We heard about the situation where the polygraph was set on fire because some candidates lied. None of the candidates received information whether they passed or not, and that information could only come from people close to Spajić or Saranović. When they are there, we must find out which of them attacked the integrity of the security sector. You saw that we had a mass fight, that the beating of police officers became normal. I tend to have more faith in the Democrats as a political structure. We have one structure that says it is trying to stop all clan pressures, and another that is obstructing. That's why I ask that we schedule a hearing as soon as possible," Adžić said.
Lakovic said that the criminal charges have not yet been filed.
"Legal gymnastics, as it is called, is a consequence of the legal acrobatics of your appointment and dismissal of Zoran Brđanin. Due to the court's decision, Brđanin had to be returned, so that his responsibility before the Government can be initiated," said Laković.
Adžić said that the staff is not chosen by the Administrative Court, but by the Government.
"If the Administrative Court is principled, it will have to return the Brđanin, and then you will do the same thing that the 43rd Government did, and then I would like to hear your explanation as to why you violated the law, if you consider it a violation of the law. Let's see how the court will behave if the Brđanin files a lawsuit again," said Adžić.
The item on the agenda that is being discussed is the request of committee members Danijelo Živković (DPS), Nikola Zirojević (SD), Nikola Janović (DPS), Filip Adžić (URA) and Jevrosima Pejović to hold a control hearing of the Prime Minister of Montenegro and the leader of the Movement Europe now (PES) Milojko Spajić and Minister of Internal Affairs Danilo Saranović (Democratic Montenegro).
On March 15, opposition members of the Committee for Security and Defense submitted an initiative on the control hearing of Spajić and Saranović regarding the election of acting (acting) director of the Police Administration.

To hear how we resist creeping before authorities, presidents and prime ministers, and how every attempt at legal or political manipulation is rejected. At the session on March 13, around three in the morning, the government elected Aleksandar Radović, the head of the Financial and Intelligence Affairs Sector, as acting director of the Police Directorate on the proposal of Spajić.
Šaranović's proposal that Lazar Šćepanović be acting director of the Police Administration was rejected. On the occasion of the election of Radović, members of the Government from the Democrats Aleksa Bečić, Momo Koprivica, Danilo Saranović, Dragan Krapović, Vladimir Martinović and Tamara Vujović expressed their opinion, as well as the Minister of Justice Andrej Milović.
After the election of Radović, Šaranović told "Vijesta" that he would inform the competent state authorities about the suspicion that criminal acts were committed at the Government session, because it "exceeded the limits of its authority" and elected Radović.
