On the occasion of the announcement that the councilors of GP URA, PzP and the Special Club in the Podgorica Assembly will soon sign a memorandum on joint action, Movement Europe has now announced that they expect the new councilors to respect the current coalition agreement.
"The formalized post-election cooperation in Podgorica of the committee clubs of Nebojsa Medojević, Dritan Abazović and Jakov Milatović can be a very encouraging approach if the goal is to end the obstructions in the capital.
If, however, these parties, which are below or on the edge of the census, joined together to create post-election engineering and question the current coalition agreement, then PES will not be their interlocutor in that regard," reads the PES statement.
"Nevertheless, we want to believe that the new councilor club will be constructive in the coming period, as they stated in the memorandum, and that they will be committed to respecting the coalition agreement, based on electoral legitimacy and political reality," they conclude from this party.
