Prosecutor Vladimir Novović in every delicate situation shifts the responsibility to others - once it was Predrag Šuković, and now Supreme State Prosecutor Milorad Marković, whose only reference for this position is the fact that he is Novović's best friend, said the spokesperson of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS). "The confusion in SDT is at its peak. In one statement they claim that they acted on their orders, while in the other they claim that they had nothing to do with it," said Nikolić.
The SDT announced earlier today that Novović is not acting in the case of the arrested director of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK), Jelena Perović, but that at his request, the Supreme State Prosecutor assumed that he would directly exercise all powers and undertake all actions.
Nikolić claims that Marković was appointed solely so that Novović would have absolute power without any responsibility or control mechanisms.
"It is understandable that Novović distances himself from the case that his prosecution formed, because it is difficult to explain how the mileage on an official vehicle has a higher priority than embezzled millions, destroyed state enterprises, 30.000 new employees or the purchase of Kalashnikovs for election day on August 30," said Nikolić. on Iks.
