The government dismissed Kurti again

Today, the Government of Montenegro issued a Decision on the dismissal of Artan Kurti, the Inspector General of the National Security Agency (ANB).

The executive power dismissed Kurti in November last year, after which he sued the government claiming that the decision was illegal.

At the beginning of April this year, the Administrative Court overturned the Government's decision dismissing Kurti.

The Government announced that at the 26th session held today, chaired by Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, it considered a number of personnel issues.

issued a Decision on the appointment of the Commission for the implementation, realization and monitoring of the program line for the promotion of direct investments for 2019 and 2020, composed of: Ljiljana Belada, president and members Salih Gjonbalaj, Nikola Veljović, Branko Nilević, Miljan Šestović, Radojica Petrović and Ivana Radoman .
