The Serbian Army held a joint tactical exercise with live shooting "Vihor 2024" at the Temporary Training Range "Pešter", and the President of the Parliament of Montenegro Andrija Mandić and the President of the Democratic People's Party Milan Knežević attended the exercise, RTS reported.
According to the number and variety of engaged combat troops, "Whirlwind 2024" is one of the largest and most comprehensive exercises performed by the Serbian Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defense of that country announced.
The exercise was attended by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić. At the invitation of the Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, General Milan Mojsilović, and the Commander of KFOR, Major General Ozkan Ulutaš, he was at the Day of High Officials at the "Whirlwind 2024" exercise.

The exercise is being conducted based on the directive of the President of Serbia and Commander-in-Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces, Aleksandar Vučić, with the aim of further improving the training and capability of the commands and units of the Serbian Armed Forces to solve tactical and fire tasks during the preparation and execution of combat operations, stated the Ministry of Defense of Serbia.
