The Zeta Committee of the Democrats assessed that the local government, led by the Democratic People's Party (DNP), "did nothing for Zeta".
They reacted to today's announcement by the president of the Club of Councilors of the DNP in the Zeta Municipality Assembly, Vesko Rašović.
"Councilman Vesko Rašović was not in the media for a long time, after he never came to the session on the annulment of the recognition of Kosovo and Metohija, which he himself requested. It seems that they suggested to him to keep a low profile and wait for a new party assignment. That's exactly what happened tonight and it happened, when he attacked the Zeta Democrats again, the same as when he was not allowed to come to the session about Kosovo. The people of Zeta see that the government led by his party did nothing for Zeta and that today many who voted for them They regret that decision. The great dissatisfaction of the citizens of Zeć forced them to turn a blind eye to the people of Zeć and thus try to cover up their own inability to solve the problems of ordinary citizens. When we add to that, they rejected the proposal of the Democrats to ban the construction of the collectorate in Botun, it is clear who is faith and who is disbelief. No one trusts you anymore in Zeta and it is clear that you are fighting only to keep the electorate by abusing Kosovo, the delimitation, the wastewater treatment plant. We invite you all to collectively submit your resignations because Zeta did not deserve you to represent it. It is better to do it immediately, than after you have half of the local officials in Spuž," the response states.
