The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, is the winner of this year's prestigious British Chiving Award, announced the Office for Public Relations of the President of Montenegro.
As stated in the announcement, Milatović was awarded the prestigious award for his achievements in the field of politics, "because only ten years after obtaining his degree at Oxford University, he became the President of Montenegro".
"The award is given to celebrate the most outstanding achievements of British scholars. Chiving is a renowned scholarship program of the British Government which, since 1983, has been empowering future leaders around the world with scholarships for postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom," the announcement reads.
