Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović will talk today with the rector of the College of Europe, Federika Mogherini, about the European perspective of Montenegro.
Milatović and Mogherini, as announced by the President's Information Service, will talk in the Blue Hall of the Rectorate of the University of Montenegro.
"After the talk, the guests in the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions to Milatović and Mogherina," the announcement says.
Mogherini is the former high representative of the European Union for foreign and security policy and the former head of Italian diplomacy.
