The member of the Presidency of the Movement Europe Now (PES) Tihomir Dragaš announced that he is the former president of the country and the former leader of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS). Today, Milo Đukanović is only a pale shadow of the former Milo the Razor, barely recognizable, tired, slow and malicious as he clumsily changes his theses.
"He even took off his watch, the one worth over a million euros, he squeezes it and blisters it, it ticks the moments, it symbolizes transience after falling from the throne, and he thought it would never fall," said Dragaš, commenting on Đukanović's guest appearance on Antena M.

"He convinced us all that it was normal for the bank itself to be the guarantor for the loan for the first legal million due to his great reputation. For years, he explained that there was nothing incriminating when he enabled his brother to collect 10 million euros from the state through the Limenka affair. He explained to us numerous affairs - starting with S.Č., through Telekom, KAP, Željezara and all the destroyed economic entities during the time of transition, all the way to the Pandora paper, and in all those acrobatic and gymnastic performances, he looked confident...", said Dragaš.
Although, he says, he had the manner of convincing us of completely unrealistic things, today Đukanović sounds unconvincing.
"... comical explanations are followed by empty hand gestures, and in the end the only conclusion emerges - he is completely lost, now by inertia he continues to make bad moves and plunge deeper and deeper. Going to the funeral of the unofficial head of the Montenegrin underground from the US blacklist, signing a petition for the release of Milivoj Katnić, who was arrested on charges of creating a criminal organization, open attacks on SDT Vladimir Novović are just some of the bad moves. What happened to him?" Dragaš asks and answers:
"The downfall of the DPS happened, which allowed the Sky correspondence delivered by Europol to find its way to the released prosecutor's office headed by the SDT and to initiate a series of accusations and arrests of numerous former high-ranking officials of the court, the police and the prosecution: Vesna Medenica - former president of the Supreme Court, Jelene Perović - director of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK), Milivoj Katnić - former SDT, Veselin Veljović and Slavko Stojanović - former directors of the police, Zoran Lazović - former head of the SPO, assistant director of the Police and high ANB officials, Dejan Peruničić - former director of the National Security Agency, Saša Čađenović - deputy of the SDT, Blaž Jovanić - former president of the Commercial Court. Numerous agents of the ANB, police and judiciary very close to these individuals and DPS- in."
Dragaš points out that the list is long and that it will not end there, because the prosecution is courageously doing its job.
He adds that it is clear that the circle is getting tighter and tighter, that panic and fear are gaining ground "in the criminal octopus created by the former regime", and that because of the fear of who is next, the aggressive campaign of Đukanović, other DPS officials, the media, various organizations close to the former regime, against the prosecution.
"And the main target is none other than SDT Vladimir Novović. This country will protect VDT and SDT if necessary, there is no doubt about that".
Dragaš states that in an interview with Radio Free Europe in September 2022, Đukanović said one big truth, answering the question about whether the state can fight organized crime: "I absolutely believe it. Don't let anyone get carried away because the state is always stronger than any crime".
"It is absolutely true that the state has the strength to deal with every type of crime and the prosecution clearly demonstrates that, and the Government headed by Milojko Spajić will do absolutely everything to strengthen the human and infrastructural capacities of the VDT and the SDT, so that this the fight was as strong, fundamental and comprehensive as possible. There is no doubt, the state will deal with all criminal groups and all those who tried to steal this state from its citizens and tried to create a private state," concluded Dragaš.
