Bečić welcomed the messages of the spirit of the parliamentary Francophonie that foreign MPs will send during the session.
"The values of peace, prosperity, dialogue, international cooperation and appreciation of culture are the values on which modern Montenegro rests. It is especially important that we are sending these messages from a country that has advanced the farthest in European integration and which is certainly the first next member of the EU," he added. is Becic.
As stated, now that the Parliament of Montenegro is the 91st member of this organization, he proudly recalled the first meeting with the PS Francophonie, which he held three years ago in the capacity of President of the Assembly and head of the delegation of the Francophonie.
"As the then President of the Parliament of Montenegro and the initiator of its membership in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Francophonie, I feel immeasurable pride that we share this historic moment, that we walked together towards it, that we build strong bridges, nurture strong friendships, unite distant ones and, in these challenging global times, affirm healthy values that should guide, direct and motivate every person who wants good, who believes in good and who does good, because good deeds are our greatest pledge and contribution to those who will inherit us," said Bečić, adding:
