Deputy of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Mihailo Andušić said that every day "it becomes more and more obvious" that the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SST) has "two types of glasses through which it looks when deciding how to act" in cases that are the subject of their work.
"How can we characterize their work differently if, among others, we see the example of Montefarma, whose disastrous findings of the DRI were forwarded to the prosecutor's office, and to make the situation even more obvious, confirmation of all this was also given by the minister in charge, on several occasions. Let's not go any further, Among other things, the former executive director of Montefarm spent 1.5 million euros on employment through the agency. He took over the debt of 200.000 euros for a private drugstore in addition to all this, he spent 210.000 euros from the company's payment card in a perfumery..." announced Andjušić.
He asked the special state prosecutor how much time is needed to "react to such illegal acts."
"We recently saw how much time and for what type of offense it took to react in the case of, say, the director of the ASK. Once again, we invite the prosecution and the Montenegrin public to, through this reminder, assess what the current actions of the SDT and whether the failure to act in the case of Montefarm and many other public companies, such as Rudnik Uglja, EPCG, CEDIS, Posta, is evidence of a selective and revanchist relationship," Andjušić concluded.
