During 2023, the Government of Montenegro defined, through the European Union (EU) Accession Program, 300 obligations, of which 98 obligations or 33% were fulfilled, while 202 obligations remained unrealized, i.e. 67% of the planned work was not completed, it was announced. today from the Center for Civic Education (CGO).
