Democratic Montenegro published the list of candidates for councilors from the election list "Democrats - Strengthen, Renew, Revive - Budva decides! - Đorđe Zenović", for the upcoming local elections.
That party submitted the election list to the Municipal Election Commission yesterday.
"There are 33 names on the list, among which more than 70% are university graduates, as many as 40% are women and 31% are under the age of 30, which confirms that from election cycle to election cycle we increasingly advocate and actively support gender equality and the inclusion of young people in political life, and often beyond the quotas stipulated by law," the announcement states.
"As the holder of the list announced, our list is made up of honest people with integrity, knowledge and the will to return our city to the path of success and prosperity, from the path that the outgoing government led it to! Therefore, we present to our fellow citizens people they know very well , people who have always represented their interests and who are the best guarantor that big projects and big victories await Budva, led by the future president of the Municipality, Đorđe Zenović," added the Democrats.
