The non-governmental organizations Center for Women's and Peace Education "Anima" and "Expeditio" from Kotor, at the entrance to the Old Town, organized a street action "Support to the protests, where citizens could express their opinion on the topic 'Why should the government resign or why don't need it?'".
On the board that was intended for answers as to why the Government should not resign, citizens wrote only three messages, namely "for no reason because they are thieves", "because they are currently the best in Montenegro together with Prime Minister Lukšić" and "to finish the work they have begun and destroy what remains".
Nearly 30 messages were written on the billboard asking why the government should resign.
So, among other things, the citizens believe that the government should resign "because everything is a lie and a fraud", "because of change and development", "because they are fascists", "because they promise everything and do nothing", "because we came to the begging stick, more hungry and less full", "because of their support for corruption, crime and nepotism", "because they destroyed what they could", "they destroyed the future of the youth", "they are not capable of running the country", " there are many reasons for them to leave because of stupidity and crime", "they privatized everything and took it into their own pockets", "while there was money, they invested in music happenings, instead of the economy, and now there is neither bread nor games."...
WHY SHOULD THE GOVERNMENT RESIGN? (some of the answers)

They advocate for change
Ljupka Kovačević from Anime said that the street action was organized in support of civil protests organized by MANS, Union of Trade Unions and Student Organization in Montenegro. As she said, Kovačević was satisfied that the citizens of Kotor in this action had enough will and desire to write on the billboards with their own hands what they think and want.
Tatjana Rajić from the NGO Expeditio said that from the beginning they supported the civil protests and their efforts to bring about changes in Montenegro.

One of them, representative of the minority shareholders of Jugooceanija, Dušan Ćetković, said that the government has not done anything in the past 20 years, but only seized property, sold it, and then imposed a tax on electricity, telephones, and foodstuffs.
"The disenfranchised majority Montenegrin people have come to the edge of the precipice, and in order to prevent that, that's why we organized these protests and we will not give up in order to prevent further killing of the disenfranchised Montenegrin people," said Ćetković.
