The Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism announced that their idea is to jointly start the process of solving the existing ones, as well as to prevent potential challenges and problems.
Today, the Ministry organized a meeting of managers of protected areas on the territory of Montenegro, in accordance with the conclusion reached at the conference "Management of protected areas in Montenegro", held in Kolašin in September.
That meeting, as stated in the announcement of the Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism, was an opportunity to highlight the main challenges managers face when protecting these valuable spaces, but also to exchange mutual experiences.
The main areas in which the discussions were organized were: Functioning of protected areas in the existing legal framework and prerequisites for improving the management's work.
