The meeting regarding the declaration of Sinjavina as a nature park was held today with the President of the Municipality of Kolašin, Vladimir Martinović.
In addition to Martinović and his associates, the meeting was attended by representatives of the Environmental Protection Agency headed by Milan Gazdić, as well as the representative of the NGO Save Sinjajevina Milan Sekulović.
"The municipality of Kolašin will do everything within its competences, as well as in cooperation with the Agency, to provide the necessary documentation and decisions that will contribute to Sinjavina becoming a nature park," announced Martinović's office.
On the other hand, as they add, they expect the Government and the relevant ministries to also be actively involved in the parts that concern them and their competences.
"Because this and similar initiatives require a reaction and help from the state", they conclude from the office of the president of the Municipality of Kolašin.
