The Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, Janko Odović, said yesterday that he did not know what a Spatial Plan was until he began to take an interest in the topic.
"To be honest with you, until I started to take an interest in this topic, I had no idea what a Spatial Plan was. I thought that it was all the lower-level plans of Montenegro combined into one," said Odović at the "Spatial Planning" round table. and European integration: How to a sustainable plan", organized by the Center for Investigative Journalism of Montenegro (CIN-CG).
Odović, an official of the Europe Now Movement, was the state secretary in the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare, in the government of Zdravko Krivokapić, when the current prime minister and president of PES, Milojko Spajić, was at the head of that department.
