The Spatial Plan of Montenegro is the most important document in the country after the Constitution, said the Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property Janko Odović.
The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property announced that the second Public Hearing on the Draft Spatial Plan of Montenegro and the Report on the Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment was held today in Podgorica.
The discussion was attended by representatives of the Ministry and many interested members of the public, as well as Odović.
He invited the public to actively participate in the creation of that strategic document with their proposals, comments and suggestions.
"In order to create a better place to live and work, respecting the principle of inclusiveness of all interested parties, and taking into account social, economic and environmental aspects," the statement added.
