The management of the institution for resocialization and rehabilitation of users of psychoactive substances "Kakaricka gora" refused yesterday to answer "Vijesta" whether she is employed Đurđina Turković officially represented that institution when she interrupted the aldermen's press conference Miloš Mašković.

Yesterday, the SD-LP councilor called the journalists to share the information that the prosecutors are dealing with the alleged abuse of narcotics in "Kakaricka gora", which is headed by the executive director Marko Čađenović.

Among other things, Mašković said that he filed a criminal complaint against Čađenović. However, in December, the director of "Kakaricka gora" sued Mašković for "telling untruths and lies" about that institution.

The defender of the Assembly of the capital city also said that he asked the Directorate for Inspection Affairs to carry out an inspection in "Kakaricka Gora" because of the "illogical Act on Systematization".

Then Turković interrupted the conference in her capacity, as she explained, "representative of the institution that Mašković is chasing".

"...When everything is summed up, it can be seen that this is a political chase, both on the work of the institution itself and on our director. This is revenge for unfulfilled ambitions," said Turković.

According to "Vijesti" information, the capital city filed a report against Turković with the Police Directorate, in which they claim that she prevented the presentation of SD-LP councilor Miloš Mašković, but also refused to identify herself.

Čađenović, however, does not want to say whether the employee officially represented the institution.

"Turković had the right to listen to Mašković. She came to hear his presentation. We are a free country. We are not North Korea", said Čađenović to "Vijesta".

He reminded that "that story has been going on for months", and that Mašković is "trying to discredit him".

He pointed out that Mašković has no grounds to prosecute Turković, because she did not physically attack him.

"There is no point in him calling the police. She didn't attack him, so she has no reason to call the authorities. Only Mašković is heard of 'Kakaricka Gora'. They're trying to sabotage us, and we've never done better. Mašković has never visited the institution, nor has he expressed a desire. He doesn't even know where 'Kakaricka gora' is. Turković acted as she thought she should," explained Čađenović.

He added that he is working on solving the problem of systematization in that institution.

"In the Statute, we have 50 systematized jobs. We have 42 employees. We have sector managers, as well as three assistants, and that is not rational. That's why we reduced it to two," said Čađenović.

Mašković said at yesterday's conference that "Čađenović misled the Council for the Prevention of Drug Addiction and Other Addictive Diseases of the Capital Assembly and thus influenced the adoption of Council conclusions that benefit him".

He also claims that Čađenović did not provide the Council with information that the police searched the facilities of Kakaricka gora, nor that they seized video recordings from surveillance cameras.

"... Nor that therapy contracts and other evidentiary material were exempted, even though all this happened five or six days before the Council session was held. On the other hand, the procedure initiated by the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data and Free Access to Information on my initiative, in connection with the disclosure of the identity of two former residents of the Public Institution, in one of the TV shows with a national frequency, is in the final stage. On the same occasion, and also on my initiative, the ombudsman initiated proceedings against Čađenović, and the proceedings are also conducted before that institution," Mašković explained.

The Agency for the Protection of Personal Data and Free Access to Information found that Čađenović publicly published the personal data of former users of this institution, on the basis of which their identity can be determined, thereby violating the Personal Data Protection Act, "Vijesti" learns.

According to the documentation that "Vijesti" had access to, Čađenović and the institution are forbidden to present information on the basis of which the identity of the service user can be determined during public advertising.
