The employees of the warehouse of the public pharmacy institution "Montefarm" announced today that they do their work honorably and honestly, and that public accusations about misappropriation of fuel and medicines are the least they expected.
"Surprised by the serious accusations made by director Goran Marinović as a guest on TVCG's morning program, we hereby publicly announce that from the founding of Montefarm in 1991 until March 25.03.2024, XNUMX, no one has ever qualified the employees of our institution's warehouse as rudely, insultingly and unprovoked as Mr. Marinović. Doing our job honorably and professionally, being fully committed at all times, especially during the COVID pandemic, risking our health and thus the health of our loved ones, the least we expected were accusations of misappropriation of fuel, medicines, etc. from the Montefarma warehouse. If there were also isolated cases, they were sanctioned for serious violations of work obligations, so calling all of us names in general is unacceptable, to say the least," the employees stated in a letter submitted to "Vijesti".
Marinović, guest in the morning program RTCG, said, among other things, that he "reduced the space for theft within Montefarm, so those who didn't like it became angry bots".
The employees claim that by doing their job honorably and professionally, with maximum dedication at all times, especially during the COVID pandemic, risking their health and thus the health of their loved ones, the least they expected were accusations of misappropriation of fuel and medicines from the Montefarma warehouse.
"Even if there were isolated cases, they were sanctioned for serious violations of work duties, so calling all of us in general is at least unacceptable. As for the problems when it comes to faulty ramps, pallet management, wrongly ordered medicine packaging boxes, presentation , non-existent maternity leave, employment of pensioners, awarding of incentives to the selected, these are not the problems of the Warehouse workers and they have no points of contact with us," the announcement states.
The employees said that they always earned their salaries honorably, knowing that thanks to "Montefarm" they were feeding their families.
"And that for decades, even before Mr. Marinović, and it will be like that in the future," the employees concluded.
