The Minister of Public Administration, Maraš Dukaj, congratulated the Archbishop of Bar and the Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Kotor, Monsignor Roko Đonlešaj, the clergy, all members of the Catholic faith, as well as those who celebrate the greatest Christian holiday according to the Gregorian calendar, the Ministry of Public Administration (MJU) announced.
