Minister of Health Vojislav Šimun dismissed the director of "Montefarm" Goran Marinović today, "Vijesti" has learned.
Aleksandar Bogavac was appointed acting director of that public pharmacy institution.
On March 14, Marinović received a request from the Ministry of Health for a statement regarding, as reported, numerous irregularities found by the Commission for Quality Control of the Work of Health Institutions. Minister of Health Vojislav Šimun left a deadline of seven days for a statement, and Marinović announced that, according to the Statute, he can only respond within 30 days.
The Commission for the Control of the Work of Health Institutions informed the minister that Marinović acted contrary to the Law on Health Care, the Law on Labor, the Rulebook on closer conditions for performing additional work, but also that he did not respect the Statute and the Rulebook on the systematization of workplaces.
The Ministry of Health questioned a number of lease contracts, assignment and claim contracts, loan contracts, and contracts for the installation of LED displays, as well as consulting services signed by Marinović.
