Rakčević said in Boje jutra on TV Vijesti that the construction of the collector in Botun will begin in September.
"All we can say to Luka Rakčević and his followers is that we will defend Botun and our territory with our lives. We also say to the director of Podgorica Vodovod, Aleksandr Nišavić, that it did not occur to him that he makes decisions and supports construction, because both he and Mr. Rakčević have their own house (municipality of Podgorica), so let them build it on the territory of their municipality," the announcement states.
