The Minister of Culture and Media, Tamara Vujović, condemned the behavior of "local DPS officials" from Bijelo Polje, who prevented journalist Alisa Hajdarpašić, TV Vijesti correspondent, from carrying out her journalistic task.
"Pressures in local areas not only make media production difficult, but also the personal and professional life of journalists, and that is why this case should receive full attention and a quick reaction from the authorities. Thus, as a society, we will send a clear message that we do not accept the atmosphere in which to legitimately intimidate journalists and thus stop the creation of journalistic stories of public interest," said the minister.
