This year, the Municipality of Kolašin has planned nine locations in the city center for the installation of temporary facilities of a seasonal nature.
According to the public invitation, these facilities will be placed on Trg boraca, Trg Vukman Kruščić and in IV Proleterska and Vojvode Mina streets.
As specified, by public invitation, four locations on the upper square were designated for the installation of ice cream conservators and catering appliances, two each on Trg boraca and in the so-called Sibirska, and one in Vojvode Mina.
The Municipality reminds that the position of the facilities is determined by the Temporary Facilities Program. The procedure for their installation will be carried out in accordance with the approvals and conditions issued by the Secretariat for Spatial Planning, Communal Affairs and Traffic.
Previously, a large number of buildings for sale were tolerated in the city center, the appearance of which depended solely on the tastes, needs and capabilities of the owners. Since two years ago, the local administration has been trying to correct the previously rather chaotic situation when it comes to the appearance and location of seasonal facilities.
More attention is paid to their unification, so now most of them are wooden and uniform in size and appearance. The initial steps in this regard were made in 2022, when the Program of Temporary Facilities was adopted, with which the Municipality more carefully regulated the placement of facilities in the city center and the pedestrian zone.
