The m:disk service is free for users of certain m:tel packages
m:disk is free for users of the following postpaid packages (the difference is in the amount of free m:disk space):
- Urban NEO 2 Cool – 100 GB
- Urban NEO Mini – 100 GB
- Surf L – 10 GB
- Surf XL – 30 GB
If you are a user of one of the mentioned packages, m:disk space will be automatically allocated to you, you only need to download the activation and activate the service.
Activation of the m:disk service
Activating m:disk is very simple. Download the app via the Google Play Store for Android or through the Apple Store for iOS devices. After downloading, enter your phone number in the application, click on the field "Send code" and enter the activation code delivered to you in the SMS message.
If you are a user of one of the mentioned packages for which free m:disk space follows, it will be automatically allocated to you. If, on the other hand, you want to buy additional m:disk space, you can do so by clicking the "Manage your m:disk space" button in the "disk" category within the application.
If you need even more memory space, you can always purchase one of the tariff supplements from our offer - Disk 200 GB (€1,50 per month) or Disk 50 GB (€0,50 per month). The total amount is unlimited, and the available memory space from tariff supplements is added up.

Important information
There is no charge for internet data transfer using the m:disk application, and you can also access the application and the portal via WiFi. The maximum file size that can be placed on m:disk is 4 GB.
