"The guiding principle of all people should be 'everything is possible'. You should never give up on something you consider important," said the president of the URA Civic Movement Dritan Abazović in his speech at the opening of the Oxford Leadership Conference in Dubai.

Abazović was speaking at the opening of a three-day conference on "Management through change: Adaptive strategies for management in the 21st century", as reported by the URA GP.

During his presentation, linking it to his author's book "Criticism of Global Ethics", he paid special attention to the challenges of using artificial intelligence, its influence on political processes, stating that it is one of the greatest challenges of humanity in the 21st century.

"Civilization cannot survive if it does not adhere to certain moral norms. Nowadays we have to talk more about ethics because the development of technology brings us the possibility that we are all informed and that we are all connected to the whole world. The only thing artificial intelligence cannot have is emotions and moral norms. If we want to have a functional global society, we have to build global ethics," said Abazović.

He added that the fact that robots cannot imitate the moral component of humans is a key difference and that he maintains that the biggest challenge for new leaders is how to establish a sustainable global community based on ethics.

It was also announced from URA that Abazović is scheduled to speak at the open panel of the same conference on Sunday on the topic "Youth activism and policy change: Empowering the next generation".
