The team from Kazan was led to victory by Lorenzo Brown with 19 points and 10 assists, John Brown with 15 points and 11 rebounds and Mario Hezonja with 14 points and five rebounds.
At Žalgiris, Edgaras Uljanovas stood out with 16 points and seven rebounds and Lukas Lekavičius with 14 points.
