The President of the Assembly of the Basketball Association of Montenegro, Radoslav Jovanović, said that at no time did the KSCG contact or influence the adoption of any biased decision with any individual, club or any entity.
He also reacted to the announcement delivered to the media after the president of the KSCG, Nikola Peković, said earlier that the Alliance was paralyzed by several people - Jovanovic and several members of the Board of Directors.

"It is a well-known fact that there was a conflict between several groups of people in the KSCG, and after the session of the Electoral Assembly of the KSCG, which was unanimously proposed by all subjects of the Basketball Association.
At that session of the Electoral Assembly of the KSCG, the president of the KSCG, Nikola Peković, requested that the session not be held with the explanation that his mandate lasts for four years, which was decided by the delegates present, as a result of voting 35-34 for the adoption of the agenda and accepted, as a proposal of the president KSCG of Nikola Peković.

After the Election Session, there were several requests from various members of the KSCG as well as the president of the KSCG for the interpretation of the term of office of the president of the KSCG by the competent institutions of the state of Montenegro.
The President of the Assembly never contacted or influenced the adoption of any biased decision with any individual, club or any entity of the Basketball Association of Montenegro.
On the contrary, as a volunteer of the association and a lawyer, I am always on the side of the indiscriminate application of legal regulations, agreements, compromises, the best possible solutions in the interest, above all, of basketball in Montenegro.
The President of the KSCG on 15.09.2023. submitted to the President of the Assembly of KSCG a request for convening an Extraordinary Session of the Assembly of KSCG, and the President of the Assembly of KSCG scheduled a meeting for September 21, 09.2023. year at 11 a.m. in the premises of the KSCG, leaving a reasonable deadline for the preparation of accompanying material for the future session.
Invited to this meeting are: the president of the KSCG, the vice-president of the Assembly of the KSCG, the general secretary of the KSCG and a representative of the professional legal service of the KSCG. This invitation is addressed to everyone in a timely manner.
The meeting initiated by the President of the KSCG Assembly regarding request number 207/23, submitted by the KSCG President, and regarding the scheduling of the Extraordinary Session of the KSCG Assembly for the election of members of the KSCG Board of Directors, was attended by: the President of the KSCG Assembly, the General Secretary of the KSCG and a representative of the Professional Service - legal services, while the president of the KSCG and the vice-president of the assembly of the KSCG did not respond to the meeting.
At this meeting, two Requests submitted to the President of the KSCG Assembly were discussed:
Request for convening the Extraordinary Assembly of the KSCG, number 207/23 dated September 15.09.2023, XNUMX. year, submitted by the President of the KSCG-
Request of clubs - members of the KSCG Assembly, number 208/23 of 18.09.2023. year, submitted by 15 clubs - members of the KSCG Assembly.
After the meeting, the following was stated: 15 clubs of members of the KSCG Assembly are asking for specific proposals for members of the future KSCG Board of Directors, in order to make a decision at the level of the club bodies on possible voting for the proposed members.
The date of the session of the Extraordinary Assembly of the KSCG will be determined on the proposal of the president of the KSCG.
Bearing in mind the complex institutional and financial situation in KSCG and the urgency of solving urgent issues, we believe that it is necessary, no later than September 28.09.2023, XNUMX. to hold a meeting of the KSCG Board of Directors in the technical mandate, where the issues necessary for the start of all leagues organized by the KSCG, as well as all agenda items scheduled for the meetings of the KSCG Board of Directors, which are considered before the start of each league, would be discussed," says Jovanović in the statement.
