Real Madrid basketball players won today, in the 6th round of the Endesa League, away from Tenerife (82:76) and registered their 12th victory in a row in all competitions this season.
Real has recorded six triumphs in the Endesa League, four in the Euroleague, and two in the Spanish Super Cup.
Real controlled the game, already in the first quarter had a double-digit advantage (27:14), but the home team managed to turn it around in the third quarter and take the lead - 58:57. Then followed the series of Madrid 8:0, the lead 65:58 and the dilemma about the winner was no longer there.
The most effective for Real was Tavares with 14 points, eight rebounds and three blocks. Poirier and Campazzo finished the game with 12 points each.
On the other side, Jaime Fernandes was the most effective with 18 points.
And Barcelona also registered a triumph, beating Bilbao 91:82 at home.
"Blaugrana" had a 20-point difference (79:59) in the fourth quarter, but then relaxed, so the visitors came down to minus six - 81:75. However, after that, Barca calmly brought the game to an end.
Barca was led to victory by Vili Hernangomes with 18 points and seven rebounds.
In the defeated team, Adam Smith stood out with 17 points.
