Jelena Dubljević and Nikola Peković are officially candidates for president of the Basketball Association of Montenegro, it was announced on the organization's website.
The electoral assembly is scheduled for November 24.
Current president Nikola Peković was proposed by 24 clubs, while the legendary basketball player was supported by 26 of them.
Peković proposed as members of the KSCG Board of Directors: Dragan Bokan (Voli), Đorđij Goranović (Goranović), Dragan Vratnica (Barcode), Milivoj Cerović (Mtel), Milorad Šutulović (Dika Montenegro), basketball player of Budućnosti Vladimir Mihailović, and Veselin Božović. Đur Ostojić, Donko Dašić, Nikola Kračković, Raša Mijušković and Aco Ognjanović.
Jelena Dubljević, on the other hand, suggested: basketball player Mornar Nemanja Vranješ, Željka Ratković (representative of women's clubs), Milivoj Cerović (Mtel), Dragan Bokan (Voli), Nikola Dabović (EXPO Commerce doo Kotor), Hasan Ramović (PUT GROSS), Đorđija Pavićević (Barsko zlato), Muhamed Bučan (Lara pharm pharmacy), Siniša Boričić (Milšped), Goran Leković (A3 clinic), Aleksandar Mijajlović (Bemax) and lawyer Zoran Piperović.
