Chicago basketball players were defeated last night by Miami (112:91) in the NBA play-offs, so after this match they ended the season.
On the other hand, Miami qualified for the playoffs, where they will play against Boston.
Miami already had a 17-point advantage after the first quarter (34:17), Chicago reduced that deficit to ten points (47:37) by halftime, but failed to threaten the rival.
Montenegrin representative Nikola Vučević played another good game. He had 16 points (7/17 from the field), 14 rebounds, five assists and two steals.
Vucevic averaged 18 points and 10,5 rebounds this season.
More effective than Vucevic in the Chicago team was Derozan with 22 points. White finished the game with 13 points, and Green with 10 points.
In the Miami team, which played without the injured Butler, Hiro was the most effective with 24 points. Hakez added 21, Lav 16, and Adebayo 13.
New Orleans also qualified for the playoffs after defeating Scaramento 105:98, so they will play Oklahoma in the playoffs.
Ingram was the most effective for the Pelicans with 24 points, six rebounds and assists.
Valančunas had 19 points and 12 rebounds.
For the Kings, Fox stood out with 35 points, seven rebounds and five assists. Sabonis had 23 points, 14 rebounds and seven assists.
