Real Madrid basketball player Facundo Campaco was announced today as the most valuable player (MVP) of the second games of the quarterfinals of the Euroleague playoffs.
Real Madrid beat Basconia 101:90 and took a 2:0 lead in the quarter-final series, and one of the most deserving people for that triumph was Campaco.
In 27 minutes on the field, he scored 24 points, with seven assists and four rebounds, which gave him a utility index of 33.
Kostas Slukas from Panathinaikos had the second best performance, leading his team to a 95:79 win against Maccabi and 1:1 in the series. He collected 28 index points after recording 29 points, with good shooting percentages.
Baskonia's basketball player Vanja Marinković had an index of 24, as he recorded 20 points, four assists and two rebounds in the loss against Real.
Mathias Lesor of Panathinaikos, Cody Miller McIntyre of Baskonia and Jabari Parker of Barcelona round out the list of the best in the other quarter-final matches with an index of 22.
