In this way, the club reacted quickly, as they had promised, and appointed Dragan Nikezić, a former football player and long-term successful president of this club from the 90s, as the new, first operative of Mornar, when Mornar was considered one of the most organized within the framework of the then Montenegrin league. not only in Montenegro.
The fruit of such an atmosphere and organization brought the bar club a placement in the then Second Football League of FR Yugoslavia.
Dragan Nikezić is a well-known bar businessman, football and sports worker, and he was also a member of the highest forums of FSCG, FS of Yugoslavia, as the Southern Football Region.
