Everyone who knows that emotions are always "additional fuel" for Liverpool expected a fairytale ending to Klopp's "last dance", but everything collapsed in just three months.
Shortly after Klopp's announcement, Liverpool were beaten in the Championship by Arsenal, strangely dropped two points to Manchester United, and recent defeats to Crystal Palace and Everton have left the giants now only a theory in the battle with Manchester City and Arsenal.
