UP: The prosecutor is familiar with the incidents at the stadium near Gorica

The police administration announced the incidents after last night's match between Budućnosti and Sutjeska in Podgorica.

Fan groups "Barvari" and "Vojvode" activated a large amount of pyrotechnic devices during the match, as stated.

"After the end of the game, there was a verbal conflict between a part of the fan group 'Barvari' and the players of FK Budućnost, and a possible physical conflict was prevented by the timely reaction of police officers. On that occasion, the infrastructure of the stadium 'Pod Goricom' was damaged by a part of the fan group "Barvari". "Also, after the end of the game, there was a physical conflict between the players of FK Budućnost," said the police.

The prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was informed of the event.

"Police officers of the Podgorica Security Department are taking further measures and actions in order to establish all the circumstances and facts of this event, and the public will be informed in a timely manner of the outcome of this proceeding," the police concluded, saying that the members of the "Vojvode" fan group left Podgorica safely.
