The best Montenegrin referees have long been part of the elite, that's why the news that arrived from Basel was completely expected - the IHF nominated Ivan Pavićević and Miloš Ražnatović for the World Handball Championship, which will be held from January 11 to 29 in Sweden and Poland.
This will be the fourth WC for men from Cetinje, and the fourth in a row.
They shared justice at the 2017 WC for handball players in Germany, as well as at two European handball championships in 2020 and this year and once for women (2010).
Considering that, they recently shared justice in the final of the Arab Cup between Egypt's Zamalek and Tunisia's Esperance, and if the EHF regularly entrusts them with Champions League derbies, it would not be unexpected if they were actors in the final weekend in Stockholm.
Montenegrin handball players will also participate in the World Championship, who will play in group A in Krakow, Poland with Spain, Chile and Iran, on whose bench is Veselin Vujović.
