Chess players from Montenegrins from Cetinje registered their first draw, while Elektroprivrede from Nikšić achieved victory on the second competitive day of the league competitions of the Chess Association in Herceg Novi.
Montenegrins drew 3:3 with Herceg Novi in an exciting Premier League match.
Victories for the team from Cetinje were achieved by Milo Pobor, who outplayed Artem Smirnova and Andrej Skvortsov, who managed to turn the game against grandmaster Nebojsa Nikčević, after being in a subordinate position for almost the entire game.
Dragiša Blagojević and Artem Iljin celebrated for Novlja against Božidar Ivanović.
Other games ended in draws.
Elektroprivreda used a gift point in the duel against Budućnost, and Luka Drašković and Stefan Mijović were also safe, against Blaž Kalezić and Miloš Pečurica.
Andrej Šuković achieved a great victory in the ranks of Budućnost, he managed to defeat the current state champion Nikita Petrov.
Mimoza justified the role of favorite against the Nikšić team, and the victories were achieved by: Miloš Vlatkovic, Slaviša Milanović and Momčilo Raičević, for the final 4,5-1,5.
Prosvjeta defeated Rudar and achieved an important victory in the fight for survival, and the victory was signed by: Dragan Bulatović, Danilo Nenezić and Milinko Rabrenović, while the victory for Rudar was achieved by Milenko Lončar.
Youngster Budućnost continued with good games and confirmed his good form with a 4,5-1,5 victory against Mladost.
Uroš Rašović, Jovan Jovančević and Dino Grbović were safe.
In the Women's League, Crnogorac was the best against Budućnost, while the chess players of Herceg Novi and Elektroprivreda lost one draw to their colleagues from the University of Montenegro and Dame.
The following results were achieved in the First League: October 7 - Dama 0,5-5,5, Rumija - Rokada 3-3, Cetinje - Berane 2-4, Primary and secondary schools - Diagonale 1-5, Zora - Zeta 3- 3.

The second competition day was preceded by the Assembly of the Chess Federation.
At the session, Dragan Popadić, president of ŠK Mimoza from Tivat, was unanimously trusted for a new mandate at the head of the Assembly, while Željko Obadović from Beran's Gambit was elected vice president.
Popadić and Obadović also led the Assembly in the previous period.
