Will he join the company of greats? Janik Siner or whether Medvedev will reach Alcaraz will be known today, when the Italian and the Russian will fight for the Norman Brooks trophy at the Rod Laver Arena.
Siner did what no one could do in Melbourne - he defeated Djokovic, who did not lose a single match when he reached the top four at the first Grand Slam, and he has done that 10 times so far this year.

The Italian did not lose a set on his way to the semifinals, which was the last time Djokovic did it in 2015. Against the world's number one tennis player, he played the first two sets perfectly, and then in the fourth he broke the resistance of the greats and won 3:1.
