The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba condemned today his Russian colleague Sergey Lavrov for saying that the Nazi leader Adolf Hitler "had Jewish blood" and that Jews are one of the worst anti-Semites.
"This is the perverted logic of the Russian elite," Kuleba said in a video sent to the Israeli public broadcaster Khan.
He assessed that even "Minister Lavrov, who knows what diplomacy is, cannot hide deep-rooted anti-Semitism - anti-Semitism deeply rooted in the Russian elite."
"Let's face the fact that Russians hate other nations. They believe in the supremacy of their own nation over others, and that's why that regime must be stopped in its aggressive plans and actions," said Ukraine's foreign minister.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel, Yair Lapid, criticized earlier today the head of diplomacy of Russia for comparing the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to Adolf Hitler in an interview for Italian television.
