"Russia intends to apply to the International Court of Justice and legal documents related to this are currently being prepared," she said.
The forwarding of anti-terrorist requests by Russia to Ukraine is part of the mandatory procedure, Zakharova explained, promising the latest information on the next steps in the process.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs previously announced that Russian investigators had found evidence pointing to Ukraine's involvement in the March 22 terrorist attack on Moscow's Crocus Hall, which killed 144 people.
