At least 18 people were killed in a triple Russian attack on the city of Chernigov, in the north of Ukraine, this is the new balance of attacks.
According to the Ukrainian authorities, an educational institution, a hospital and about twenty residential buildings were damaged in Wednesday's attacks.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that his country does not have enough air defense systems to prevent an attack.
"This would not have happened if Ukraine had received enough equipment for air defense and if there was sufficient resolve in the world to resist Russian terror," the Ukrainian president wrote on Telegram.
The House of Representatives of the US Congress announced that on Saturday they will vote on the aid package for Ukraine in the amount of 61 billion dollars.
Ukraine claims to have shot down 13 drones
The Ukrainian Air Force announced today that they shot down all 13 drones that were used in the Russian attack during the night, Reuters reports.
The attack targeted critical infrastructure in the western Ivano-Frankivsk region with debris causing fires, the regional governor said earlier Thursday.
