Enumerators

It was very irritating to what extent some parties, in meeting the Census, behaved like guardians of the citizens. The census statement, whatever it is about, is a matter between the citizen and the state, and it is quite unclear what the party workers are looking for.

From north to south, "from Ulcinj to the end of Boka", diligent enumerators cruise the country. The Census started, to the joy of the public, above all the political, that is, the party. Although the collected data will be dealt with by statisticians, politicians are, one would say, the most excited.

Lists are being made, and, if you can believe it Umberto Eco, it is one of the key concepts of our civilization. In short - a culture that rests on memory appears as a symbolic warehouse - and in order to find your way around the Warehouse, a necessary auxiliary tool is - a catalog. That is, the list.

It was very irritating to what extent some parties, in meeting the Census, behaved like guardians of the citizens. The census statement, whatever it is about, is a matter between the citizen and the state, and it is quite unclear what the party workers are looking for. And that is, in principle, an interesting position. They certainly do not feel responsible for the level of education or the economic situation of people, but they believe that the citizen does not know (or at least is not sure) who he is according to the national feeling, so they are there, ready to help. As much as they are not interested in helping with other items: for example, to create a better school system or health care for citizens. Or better paid jobs, cheaper apartments?

This attitude - of a tutor who prompts the citizen with desirable answers - is an explicit humiliation. Not the only one brought to the citizen by the Montenegrin political caste (of all orientations) in the past decades.

The matter seems somewhat illogical: at every step, with billboards, announcements, posters, the parties remind the citizens what they are by nation, religion, language... From which it clearly follows that this "party mind" thinks that people do not know this, but there they are their "guardian angels" to explain everything to them.

At the same time, the parties active in this type of public performance announce every hour that they are sure of the dominance of the "desirable" nation. But if that is the unequivocal and general sentiment, why must they be so persistently instructed?

Can a citizen feel that kind of party pressure as a form of humiliation? It would make sense, but it's unlikely. The threshold of humiliation to which the Montenegrin citizen is accustomed is mostly - legendary. For serious studies.

Someone thinks that it is a kind of humiliation of the public and hosting the infamous VM in the show Purely.

I do not agree. The humiliation of the public (and logic) was much greater when she was at the head of the Montenegrin judiciary. And while, with the support of political power, she did what she did for years. Explanations in vain, mostly ridiculous, all that surfaced shows her in the right light: as an unscrupulous manipulator. If he thinks that such explanations can be swallowed by the public, then another interesting phenomenon emerges here. Losing touch with reality. Too much power makes people go crazy just like that. They begin to believe that for something to be reality, it is enough for them to say it. This is exactly the power that ancient religions give to the gods. And the provincial political stars attribute to themselves...

The TV performance only reminded of the dimensions of her arrogance from the time when she was glowing and burning. And that is not a framework that can "support" any form of compassion. If that was the reason for her appearance on the screen. Or, even funnier, she intended to text someone about what she would say "when the moment comes." It seems to be her "blue bag".

The phenomenon of disclosure is always layered. It is not the same thing to sense something and to get a detailed and precise picture of the mechanisms that make certain practices possible at all. Let's say, we all knew that there was a purchase of identity documents before the election. But it was not possible to know (except those directly involved in the business) how it was carried out, how the lists were made, how the money was paid.

As we can see from the correspondence, mini-lists and lists were also made there, and we had hard-working enumerators there. It seems that in Montenegro everything rests on lists. One way or another, either from prison or from freedom.

Montenegro, from list to list. Eternal our list.
