The famous American rapper Eminem is ready to release a new album after a four-year hiatus, his longtime friend and collaborator, the legendary Dr. Dre during an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live".
He said that the new Eminem album can be expected during this year. The rapper whose real name is Marshall Mathers released his previous 11th studio album "Music To Be Murdered By" in 2020.
"Eminem is working on a new album that will come out this year and I actually talked to him and he told me it's okay to announce it now," said Dr. Dre caused an eruption of delight in the audience.
The famous rapper and former member of the group NWA said that he hasn't heard the whole album yet, but that he will listen to it soon, the "Daily Mail" reports. Eminem previously announced that he will co-produce a documentary about his fanatical fans.
Dre received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday and said he hasn't said the last word about music yet. In addition to Eminem, the rapper and producer significantly influenced the careers of other stars he mentored, such as 50 Cent and Kendrick Lamar.
