The morning of the manifestation of national costumes brought excitement and colorfulness. We gathered at the event venue, where a team of over 30 makeup artists and hair stylists transformed us into a real palette of colors and styles. After all the girls had their hair and make-up ready, the merry parade through the city started.
The first stop was a delight with Chinese tea and traditional Chinese music. We all stopped, admiring the sounds that conveyed the soul of the Far East. Then we were enchanted by a puppet show that brought to life famous Chinese stories and myths.
This was followed by a tour bus ride through the city, where we were the main sensation of the streets. Passers-by greeted us enthusiastically and filmed us, conveying their compliments.
After the parade, we changed into national costumes, creating a colorful canvas of different cultures and national spirit. The costumes were a real attraction, filled with glamor and lots of props.
In my case, I wore a red dress that bore the hand-painted coat of arms of my country, conveying the spirit and pride of the country I represent. The dress was completed with an elegant crinoline that added volume and emphasized beauty and glamour. Through every detail, the costume became my artistic expression and a way to share my love for my culture at that unforgettable manifestation of national costumes.
Before the very beginning of the manifestation of national costumes, each girl walked down the red carpet individually accompanied by a small child. In front of a large audience, cameras and media, every step was carefully recorded. At the end of the carpet, a canvas was waiting for us to write our name and country on, and I was proud that the name of my country was also in that special place.
We went back for final make-up and hair touch-ups and then the event officially began. Spotlights illuminated the stage, revealing a large audience that was eagerly awaiting the start of the event. The presenters gave the signal, and we all excitedly stepped onto the stage, ready to show off our national costumes and share the richness of our culture with everyone present. My heart boomed with pride and confidence as I strode confidently towards center stage.
On my way to the microphone, I said the name of my country without hesitation, aware that at that moment millions of people around the world were following me. The spotlight illuminated the moment, and the sense of community with my culture and roots gave me strength. In that magical moment, the national costume I wore was not just an outfit, but an expression of my love for my country. Through every step on stage, I tried to convey the spirit, tradition and wealth of my country. The audience roared with applause, and the feeling of being connected to so many people was unforgettable. Going on stage was not only a personal affirmation, but also an opportunity to share my culture with the whole world.
After the end of the event, we went to the gala dinner, where we summarized the impressions from the previous night. During the dinner, information arrived that over 5 and a half million viewers followed the event on Chinese national television. That information caused general enthusiasm, and I was proud to have contributed to the spread of the diversity and beauty of different cultures. I considered it a confirmation that the representation of my country was significant and that it left a mark in the hearts of many.
