The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property has announced a public call for the long-term lease, for a period of 30 years, of state-owned land at the location of Sinjajevina in the Municipality of Šavnik, for the purpose of building a wind power plant.

The land is leased for the purpose of designing, building, operating and maintaining a wind power plant with a minimum installed power of 6,6 megawatts (MW) individually per wind generator.

The initial price of real estate lease on an annual basis amounts to EUR 569,5 thousand. The annual rental price is adjusted by the amount of the corresponding annual inflation rate.

On the land to be leased, the auction participant is obliged to build a wind power plant with a minimum installed power of 6,6 MW individually per wind generator.

All domestic and foreign companies and individuals, as well as consortia, have the right to participate in the public bidding if they have purchased the auction documentation, paid a deposit in the amount of five percent of the initial rental price, i.e. 28,48 thousand euros, signed the draft contract and registered themselves as participants in the auction.

In addition to the above conditions, the participant must have experience in the field of designing or building wind farms, prove that he has achieved a positive financial result in the last business year and that he has experience in the field of wind potential measurement in at least three locations.

Applications are submitted exclusively by direct delivery to the Real Estate Leasing Commission, at the address of the Ministry, street IV Proleterske brigade number 19, office number 312.

The price of the auction documentation is ten thousand euros, and it can be purchased until February 29 at 13 p.m.
