The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property concluded a contract with the consortium consisting of Podgorica companies "N1", "Sistem-MNE" and "Permonte" on the lease of state land in the municipality of Šavnik, on which the "Sinjajevina" wind farm will be built.
This was officially confirmed by "Vijesti" in the department headed by Minister Janko Odović.
On February 14, the Ministry of State Property issued a public call for the long-term lease of state-owned land for a period of 30 years, and the deadline for submitting applications for participation in the tender was March 1.
"Within the stipulated period, only one bidder bought the auction documentation, namely the consortium consisting of the companies "N1", "Sistem-MNE" and "Permonte", which was also the only bidder for the land lease. "Since the consortium met all the conditions prescribed by the public invitation, a contract was concluded with it on the long-term lease of state land," said the Ministry.
These are the cadastral municipalities of Baon, Timar, Krnja Jela and Tušinja. The land is leased for the purpose of designing, building, exploiting and maintaining a wind power plant with a minimum installed capacity of 6,6 MW individually per wind generator.
