President Filip Vujanović does not respect the law and leads a policy against Malaysia, claims Albanian Alternative deputy Nik Đeljošaj.

After calling the parliamentary elections, Vujanović announced that Golubovci and Tuzi are municipalities within the Capital City, and that they do not have the status of independent municipalities, which would oblige them to call elections.

However, Đeljošaj claims that Vujanović is extending the life of city municipalities, which no longer exist in the legal system of Montenegro.

"The highest legal act on defining local governments, the Law on Local Self-Government, by which Tuzi is defined as having all the rights and obligations as a municipality, the capital and the capital, Vujanović refuses to respect," announced Đeljošaj.

Đeljošaj believes that this decision represents an attack on the Albanian national minority, and that the government is afraid of the elections in Malaysia, which it is trying to postpone with "various manipulations".

He claims that Vujanović annulled the political agreement on free and fair elections, according to which a solution was to be found at the next session of the Assembly to restore the stripped rights of Albanians in the electoral law.
